CBR Client Maria has referred 11 families to CBR and has banked for all 3 of her children.
Q: Why is cord blood banking important?
A: As my children get older, we'll never have to worry that we didn't bank. The cost is inexpensive compared to the value of life.
Q: Who do you refer to CBR?
A: Friends, family members and anyone I meet that's pregnant. I feel compelled to provide cord blood banking information to pregnant moms, as I'm thankful to my doctor for doing this for my family.
Q: Why is it important to refer friends and family members?
A: I was impressed with the scientific knowledge of my CBR representative. When you have a good experience, why not share?

The miracle of cord blood stem cells is gaining awareness among state policy makers. California, Arizona, Michigan, Massachusetts, and Georgia have passed legislation requiring that pregnant women receive fair and balanced information about cord blood options, including family banking and public donation, so families can make informed decisions on their newborn's stem cells. Other states will likely follow suit as more legislators realize the enormous potential of these cells to save lives.
