Help Reduce the Cost of Cord Blood Banking Did you know that the Federal Government is considering legislation that would allow cord blood banking to be paid for with pre-tax dollars from a Flexible Spending Account? You, the clients of CBR, along with your family and friends, represent millions of voices that need to be heard in Washington. If you haven't already, e-mail or call your Member of Congress to let them know to support the Family Cord Blood Banking Act (HR 1718).
